This application functions as a barcode scanner to be utilized at event entrances in conjunction with a ThunderTix account. The scanner swiftly reads and transmits each scanned barcode (C128 barcodes) with visual, auditory, and haptic feedback. Staff members can view the ticket buyer's name, their ticket type, seat assignment if applicable, and any additional notes associated with the order during a valid scan. ThunderTix is a subscription-based box office software tailored for performing arts venues, live music events, festivals, and tours.

Moreover, this application includes a mobile point of sale (POS) for on-the-go orders. The sales app enables logged-in users with appropriate permissions to select upcoming events for processing ticket orders and merchandise sales. Utilizing an optional credit card magnetic swipe reader, users can efficiently handle ticket orders by swiping cards or manually inputting credit card details. Cash transactions are also easily managed and traced on-site, with all data transmitted in real-time to your ThunderTix account.

When operating with an active ThunderTix account, tickets are validated in real-time through the Cloud. There is no restriction on the number of users who can scan tickets at an event, and the app is compatible with multiple devices. In case a ticket is scanned more than once, users receive an alert specifying the previous scan's date/time, as well as the individual/entrance where it occurred. A real-time count of scanned tickets and those pending validation is always available.

The application is compatible with iPhone 4S-11+ and iPad Air, Pro, and mini models. Credit card readers are supported on iPhone 4S/5/6/6+ and iPad Air, Pro, and mini devices.
